Spinach And Pasta Souffle - {Quajado De Espinaca}

16 oz 454gFrozen spinach - chopped
1/2 cup 118mlCooked elbow macaroni
5   Eggs
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozGrated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.

Combine the spinach, macaroni, eggs, Parmesan, cottage cheese and salt. Place in the baking dish. Bake until the edges brown, about 40 minutes.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
